This program, sponsored by the National Association of Black Law Enforcement Officers (NABLEO),will be held Friday, February 14th through Saturday, February 15th 2014, and is designed to develop and instill Community Policing as a philosophy that promotes organizational strategies, which support the systematic use of partnerships and problem-solving techniques, to proactively address the immediate conditions that give rise to public safety issues such as crime, social disorder, and fear of crime, and assist in the establishment of collaborative partnerships between law enforcement and the individuals and organizations they serve to develop solutions to problems and increase trust in police.

This ground breaking event it has been conceived as a means of both educating and enlightening members of law enforcement and their communities relevant to the tasks each must take on to insure community stability and safety.
